These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Chan Nara's website, online ordering, and text-messaging service. By using these services you agree to the terms below.

Orders

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices, menu items, and operating hours may change without notice. Orders placed online or by text are prepared for pickup at 4 East Federal St, Middleburg, VA 20117 unless a delivery option is explicitly offered and selected. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider (Square or Stripe). You are responsible for the accuracy of the payment information you provide. Charges will appear under the merchant name associated with Chan Nara.

Text messaging

When you send a text message to our phone number, you are initiating a conversation and consenting to receive replies from us related to your order or question. Messages from us are transactional — we send replies, order confirmations, pickup updates, and payment links, and only in response to messages you initiate. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS.

• Reply HELP for assistance or STOP at any time to stop receiving messages from us.
• Message frequency varies and depends on how many messages you send us.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Pickup and no-shows

You are responsible for picking up your order within the time window communicated at checkout. Orders not picked up may be discarded at our discretion and are not refundable.

Refunds

If there is an issue with your order (missing items, incorrect items, or quality concerns), please contact us as soon as possible at (540) 216-5800 so we can make it right. Refund decisions are made case by case.

Food allergies

Our kitchen handles common allergens including peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, soy, dairy, eggs, and gluten. We cannot guarantee any item is free from cross-contact. If you have a serious food allergy, please call us directly before ordering.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including logos, photography, menu descriptions, and design — is owned by Chan Nara or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Chan Nara is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of these services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
