Succulent roasted duck with perfectly crispy skin, served in a rich and aromatic coconut curry broth. This signature dish is elevated with the sweetness of lychees, pineapple and cherry tomatoes, finished with fragrant Thai basil for a sophisticated balance of sweet, savory, and spicy flavors. All our curries are prepared from an authentic chili paste base. We can reduce the heat by adding extra coconut milk upon request; however, these dishes cannot be made without spice.
